The check-in and check-out process at the hotel was quick and easy. The staff was kind and cooperative, providing excellent customer service. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby.
The cleanliness of the rooms and the terrace was poor. The view from the room was either bad or non-existent.

My stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful; they even helped me with my luggage when I arrived. The location is perfect, as it is close to the metro and in front of a notorious night club. I also loved the in-room amenities, including the ironing facilities and mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful night's sleep.
I cannot say enough about the hospitality and generosity of the staff and owner. The leisure garden area was a beautiful touch, and I appreciated the free wi-fi and luggage storage.

The location of Charm Hotel - Old City was excellent, with easy access to all the important spots in Istanbul. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and we were kinda surprised by its cleanliness every day. The breakfast, although simple, was always replenished with fresh products.
